A captive agent has a company's name on the door and can offer you exactly one set of rates. We're appointed with six carriers, which means the question we ask isn't whether you fit our company — it's which of six fits you.

• Six carriers

  Farmers, Bristol West, Progressive, National General, Liberty Mutual and Foremost. Each one is strongest with a different kind of customer.

• No broker fee

  Plenty of agencies in Washington charge for the consultation or add a fee to the policy. We don't. The carrier pays us when you buy.

• We'll tell you to stay

  If your current policy is already the best price, that's what we'll say. It costs us a sale and it's the only reason the rest of our advice means anything.

• Bilingual, both ways

  The whole team works in English and Spanish. This site exists in both, and neither version is a machine translation of the other.
